Shortly before Christmas, on December 12, the Invisible World launches the charity campaign "Give a free excursion to children!", where all donated funds will be directed to SOS Children's Villages for children.
There are many children in Latvia who are left without parental care and concern. The Invisible World invites everyone to join a special charity campaign and contribute to make SOS Children's Villages children's lives more colorful and expand their vision of the world with unforgettable experiences!
A tour in the dark develops tolerance and empathy. Our blind guides motivate and show that it is possible to overcome any circumstances in life. An excursion in the dark will definitely give children an unforgettable experience and wonderful emotions.
Our goal: conduct free excursions for 500 children during 2024 year
What is required for this: collect 9 000 EUR by December 31, 2024
Result: More than 500 children are guaranteed to visit our museum for free
Promotion details:
- Tours take place in groups of up to 8 people (1 adult and up to 7 children). Each group is accompanied by its own blind guide.
- First, the children go on an excursion in the dark, then in the light part - they will be told about the life of blind people
- While the children are on the tour in the dark, there is always a blind guide next to them, who helps them adapt to the new environment without light and maintains contact with the children so that they feel comfortable in new, unusual conditions
- Our free tours are for children with disabilities and children left without parental care
